Coat check is required for all social events between October 1 and April 30, at $275 per attendant with one attendant per 100 guests, plus $2 per coat based on usage. Audio visual equipment and services come from our preferred partner and are quoted through your catering manager. The ice cream social station calls for a uniformed chef at $150 per hour. A non-refundable deposit is taken at booking, the balance is due five days before the event, and your final guarantee of attendance is due by noon five business days prior and cannot be reduced.
